This work was a practice for painting class that has become one of my favorite pieces ever. The assignment was to create a physical 3d model collage that is then reinterpreted through paint. Such is the case here, with a focus on black whimsy and the reverberating experience of being alive. Taking many memories together and mashing them into one that is unique but shared.
